Send us your profile photo, bio, logo and contact info
Choose from more than 20 beautifully designed real estate sellers listing presentations and buyers guide templates to promote your business and elevate your brand. If you are selling luxury properties, we have luxury-specific templates that will work for you!
If the template you chose includes a section for your photo, send us a high resolution photo with a transparent background along with your bio. Also, email us your logo, brokerage logo and contact info.

Match the generic images
to your market
Email us your testimonials and we insert them on the testimonials page for you. It's just another way you can customize our books to match your business!
If you live in Los Angeles or Chicago, Toronto or Vancouver, we replace the background images with images of your local market. We have images of every major market in North America. If we do not have any images in our library, you can send us high-resolution photos and we can insert them for you.
Our booklets can take between 5-10 business days after approval. This time frame can be delayed for clients outside of Canada due to customs holdups*
In most of British Columbia and Saskatchewan, delivery time is between 5-7 business days.
For the rest of Canada and the USA, delivery time is between 7-10 business days.
